But we know that everyone works differently, so we've also added the ability to create your own custom collections. You can add any notecard to a collection, and then quickly navigate to that collection from the sidebar.

Share to Supernotes

Browsing the web on your iPhone / Android, or sending a message on Telegram? Make use of the Share to Supernotes button to share important ideas from other apps or chat to our Telegram bot. Your favourite bits of knowledge saved all in one place.

Instant Collaboration

Share notes with your friends, family and colleagues and give them the right amount of access with four permissions to choose from – moderator, editor, collaborator or reader. Once shared, you can edit the notecard together or publish to it the web via a secret link.

Simple & Intuitive

Too many apps try to solve everything. We try and do one thing as well as we can – that's making your knowledge as useful to you as possible. Our user interface is clean, simple and easy to use so you can focus without any distractions.

Multi-parent Nesting

Folders are outdated. A file can only belong in one folder. This isn't how our brain works. Sometimes one thought, log or note belongs in multiple places. There are no files and folders on Supernotes. Instead notecards themeselves are nestable i.e. they can belong inside multiple other notecards.

Share a notecard with friends and edit it together in real-time. You can see each other's cursors and changes as they happen. Great for when you are working on a project together or just want to share some knowledge with a friend.

Share with Anyone

In a few seconds you can create a secure link to one of your notecards. You can then share this link with someone who doesn't have Supernotes – great for sharing recipes, book reviews or ideas with friend. You can edit the permissions of the link to make it read-only or allow your friend to join so you can collaborate together.

Targeted Dates

Sometimes you want a note to appear on a certain day, whether it's a meeting or a trip or a past event. Quickly move a card by dragging and dropping it onto the calendar in the sidebar or editing the Targeted date with the more options.

Heatmap Calendar

The calendar is at the core of the Supernotes experience. Quickly view which days you've been taking the most notes with heatmap calendar. You can also use the calendar to quickly navigate to a certain day, or drag and drop a notecard onto a day to set it's targeted date.

We don't believe in locking you in, 99% of the features are available for free on Supernotes. You can export all your notes as Markdown at any time. And if you upgrade for more cards, you get to keep those for forever* even if you downgrade back to the free plan.*as long as you don't delete them ;)
